Um..pasta in paradise? Welcome to Kursaal Beach Club in Liguria.

I was introduced to "Italian Summers" when I was 19, a friend of mine invited me to his family home in Viareggio, where I got to see how Italians do summer vacation, that is to say, on the beach, in beach clubs, eating bowls of fresh spaghetti al vongole, and drinking cold white wine. It's pretty damn good. Once you open that door to the Italian beach club you are constantly searching for the most awesome version of it ... and well, I may have found it. Kursaal Club is located in Bordighera on the Ligurian Riviera, close to France. Azure waters, miles of platinum beach, and divine eats are what await you. Definitely a place to see.
