How I shape up some stabilized spalted maple to turn it into a handle.

Hello everyone and welcome to my channel!

Knives are used every day for a plethora of activities from weapons and tools to eating utensils since prehistoric times. It is my hobby and passion to make and craft knives. I want to share with you how I practice Bladesmithing. Aside from Knives I also make sheaths and stabilize my own handle material aka scales.

I have felt like a student all my life drinking from the fire hose of knowledge. There is so much to learn and over the years I have developed my own style. I hope you will join me and learn something from how I have developed my blade craft over the years; even if it’s only how not to do something from one of my many mistakes.
