Exploring London doesn’t have to be expensive! In this video, I highlight some of the best free sightseeing spots along the River Thames that are of interest to history lovers and curious travellers.

We start at the Broderer’s Exhibition 2025 at the Bankside Gallery, where you can admire remarkable embroidered fine art. Next, we visit HMS Belfast, a historic WWII warship moored on the Thames. While entry requires a ticket, you can still enjoy good views of this vessel from the riverside.
Then, we take a walk around the walls of the iconic Tower of London even discovering a pressed coin machine! Finally, we step inside All Hallows by the Tower, London's oldest church, home to the free Crypt Museum, where you’ll find ancient artifacts and Roman remains just steps from the Tower of London.

Here are some helpful links:

Your best video yet Martin. Very professionally filmed.
I may just be requiring your help in a few weeks time. 🙂

Fantastic video Martin! I loved your wife’s artwork - it was beautiful. I thought it was all brilliantly filmed and constructed - you’re very talented at it. Becca
