Thank you. I've been low carb for 3 years now. For the last year I have increased the meat (a lot) and fats (a bit) and have noticed a difference for the better in satiation. I still use sweeteners but don't crave any of the carbs foods that I used to; I see them as carbs not enjoyable foods. I make and freeze my own waffle bread from coconut flour, egg, butter, psyllium husk powder, salt and baking powder. I've also stopped using ready-made salad dressings and try to keep seed oils to a minimum.
