Just got mine today. I had to drive over to the rich part of town to get one. My ghetto Sams Club didn’t have them do to the income level in the surrounding area.
The griddle heats up very fast on high. I have to cook with the burners on low. Which is a plus to save gas. No issues with the wind blowing like the other units with no lid👍🏻

I've had this griddle for a month and love it! One burner is extremely hard to light and takes 10 to 15 clicks to light. The other four burners usually light on first try. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Sam's advertises the cooking area of this unit to be 700+ square inches...does anyone know the actual length and width of the cooking area of this griddle - in inches?

Mine came with the door hinges on the wrong sides. Top attached hinges are upside down. I put my grill together before finding this out when I tried to put the doors on. Now I have a grill with no doors. Also the control knobs when turned to low are not very low. Range of control between high and low is very little. And the grill cover hinges are very flimsy. Otherwise it is one of the least expensive available. I guess you get what you pay for.

I am curious why it says that it only puts out 47, 500 btu's. Most griddles this same size say around 60, 000 btu's. Why does this one put out less heat? Thank You.

i looked at this a few days ago and was disappointed. i opened the lid and was shocked how flimsy the entire unit was. the lid wasn't tight and i could rock the entire unit with just the lid. i looked for a price and saw it was a "pro" series and laughed. maybe someone didn't assemble it right, but its the model they chose to use.
