I once saw a similar figure during a prayer meeting when we were praying for someone just released from a mental hospital. In the vision I found myself standing in front of a figure with the body of a man and a goat's head. He was sitting in a black void on a golden chair like a throne. He wore black pants with a red single breasted jacket with gold epaulets and gold on the tips of his horns. A voice on my right told me this was a principality. Three times our 15:35 eyes met and he roared with rage and hatred and lunged forward. Each time an invisible force pushed him back so hard he bounced. Then the vision ended. As a new Christian at that time I didn't know what that was until I later saw a drawing of Baphomet. Those drawings of a benign figure sitting cross-legged are a complete lie. He is out for war.

Travesty is also the word I immediately thought of too. I once had a dream, a few years ago now, of red soldiers with that exact uniform. There were many, gathering on an outdoor 'stage', and people were gathering quickly on a large grandstand to watch this event. I had the impression that the soldiers were part of a royal army (kind of like British), but my family couldn't find room on the grandstand.
