Central Mass. here and we're currently in the bullseye for this huge Nor'easter with 18+ inches of snow expected here. We lost power about 4 am here, but it was back on in about an hour and a half! Just two brownouts since then for a few seconds. I know these guys are out there in tough conditions working hard. Hats off to them!

Attleboro has just gone through a bad power outage, our area isn’t getting power back maybe until December 21st. It’s the 18th.

Hey National grid!!! When are you gonna fix the power? Wever been out for over 24 hrs now, have seen ONE truck, and the dude was just sitting there staring at his phone. My house is cold, and my food has gone bad. Also, how come I have reported my outage about a dozen times now, but everytime I check for updates, it says it hasn't been reported? Also, how about letting me speak to an actual human being?

National Grid is terrible, they take your money and do not upgrade nor maintain the equipment as there are constantly outages with minimal storms. Very discouraged and disappointed by this company, I wish there was an alternative

Remember, it will not occur in your community. It may have been down miles away. It will take time as they may not be familiar with different events.

National Grid is the worst. Never use to be like this. Now when power goes out they do nothing for days. Why is it so difficult for them to employ more people to fix outages.

Call national grid? Ok. We loose power routinely for five days EVERY time there is an outage in our area. We call them. Everyone we get on the phone never has any information. We have called to report a split pole-we called and every person said-oh we have no record of that on file. This is after calling repeatedly for days and reporting it each time. This has gone on for the last six years. I know people as individuals work very hard. As a whole-there’s infrastructure issues. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing.

No site of any help....its freezing and all the food has gone bad...please ik ur busy bit its been reported the tree is hanging on wire hours ago and no attention nor attempts to fix this!!!

This video is awfully vague, 7 years old and their website still points to it. Power out in part of buffalo and eggertzville and part of south buffalo. No litte chess piece denoting a crew out angwhere.

6th time this year multiple day outage. They mess with the outage map right before 6oclock news. Lie on news say power restored to 90% then when I check outage map because my power is still out I see that my already reported outage has been cleared and I have to re report it to get it on map again. Imagine if I never checked.... shady company.
