Sauce:
- half a yellow onion
- 1 tbs garlic
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 a cup of Parmesan.
- 1/2 a cup of pasta water
- Salt and pepper to taste
If it's too thick, add more liquid and if it's too thin, add more Parmesan!
Chicken:
- season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder
- 1 tbs butter and a splash of olive oil for chicken breast
