No, attorneys are supposed to make sure their clients are well represented WITHIN THE LAW. If, as an attorney, you break the law or act unethically, you get your butt kicked out. Even if you did it to aid your client. This is a proof the system works, and not that it is broken. What a bunch of clowns.
