Winter has been Harsh, the other clan was desperate, they used the
morning fog to attack our village. A hungry desperate man can fall easily to tyranny, glutton can also lead to destruction. Others will come, this is a time of war in ancient ireland.

The local source of magic was their target because they knew of the hag that inhabited this area, locals called her a hag for living in a cave, but this woman knew magic still unknown to the greatest druid.
They made the mistake of attacking her...

Women and children follow the local druid to the finnis souterain for protection where you will eventually be slaughtered, the local clan wars take their toll in ways Ireland can still see today.
