National airlines flight 102 was carrying US military armed vehicles departing from an airbase somewhere in Afghanistan. One of the straps holding the vehicle in the back ripped and was ignored. As they were taking off, the vehicle started rolling backwards and broke through the unpressurized area in the tail of the airplane, breaking hydraulic line #2 making the plane uncontrollable which caused the nose to go up and the plane to stall. Rip to all 7 people who died.

Ok, National cargo 102 was a cargo plane(obviously) with heavy military cargo, also that same day crashed a c-17 on a airshow. Well then the ropes that was connected with the cargo broke causing this of what you see.
