We booked tickets in Spring 2025 from JFK to DEL and when we saw that the flight was on the new A350 we were ecstatic. Once we realized the new A350 was already flying to JFK we had to go and see for ourselves. What a sight!

I would like to highlight an issue with the Air India flight booked for Mumbai to Bangalore return for 18 and 19 november 2024.
I got a notification 48 hours before my travel stating the Bangalore to Mumbai flight has been delayed by 48 plus hours?
How is this justified? I had an important meeting to attend.
Air India customer care can not be reached out on call.
My travel agent tried to connect as well but no luck.
There was no option to cancel or make changes to the trip.
Finally my trip was cancelled with a fee of 4000 INR?
How is this possible?
What is the service Air India offers?

Air India, If you are listening then please change the color of seats in your new planes. Red doesn't feel good. If feels like old roadways buses. Go for something light like Emirates. Greyish purple pinkish please.

I am traveling on this flight from Delhi to London. My international student baggage allowance is 23 kg of checked baggage plus an additional 23 kg of checked baggage, and 7 kg of carry-on baggage. The app shows a 7 kg carry-on allowance plus a 3 kg allowance for a personal item like a laptop. Would it be permissible to carry my laptop bag in addition to my cabin suitcase? Could you please assist me?
