dont get me wrong its cute but every single drawing i saw in "jelly art style" has the same exact face shape, nose shape, eyes shape, and lips shape its crazy 😭😭😭 like if every character in the style looks basically the same no wonder someone may be "copying" your art.

The artstyle itself is never something people complain about. The rendering and way its drawn is beautiful, its what is drawn with the style that people are upset with. They complain about same face syndrome and a lack of expressions, which has nothing to do with the style. I think its stupid that people associate whats drawn with an artstyle with the artstyle itself. I think its very pretty

Well, to be fair, it's very complicated to create a unique and original drawing style, so I think it's a bit hypocritical to blame someone out for that, and another issue would be maybe if they copy directly the drawing but if it's just the style there shouldn't be problems

i think there's a very blurred line between copying and taking inspiration from one's art. for something like this, i think having the exact same drawing or very very similar drawings like riri is saying, then it can by copying based off of context. but in this context, if riri was putting out tutorials for viewers to watch, take inspiration from, or recreate, it's not copying. in my opinion, that's respecting and liking one's art enough that you want to try it for yourself, and that's taking inspiration from the art and not copying it. sorry if this makes no sense, but it's also just my opinion and you don't need to agree with me

as someone who took inspiration from puririkaaa in my own art pieces, what I did was use their photos for a reference on highlights in eyes and techniques on shading jewelry. however, I did not trace anything, and I would not claim to have fully, perfectly drawn the jelly art style without the references if I did post.
