I know 1 and 2 and the other are not in my internet. I think using a contact form is an old option, using social media instead of contact form is way better. You can use Whatsapp, Facebook messenger, DM from Twitter and imbed them directly to Wordpress instead of having customers to fill out the form. People use phones to browse the internet more often than a pc or laptop these days. Your phone is on you most of the time you can respond as soon as you get an inquiry in a friend kinda chatting which makes customers feel you are just a new friend. This may not work for most of the fields but I’m sure it works in web designing and in my field. Thank you so much for your time you have been very helpful and kind with your videos twice a week now :)
