The small pinkish red crabs you had are weaker but they are faster so what you want to do is make a lot of them and then send them into the hole while the other crabs are gathering or attacking.

I like the coconut crab because its a crab with coconut the best combo

The sand carrying crabs were sand bubbler crabs, the coconut throwing ones are coconut crabs (obviously) the shelled ones were hermit crabs, and the giant one was either a king crab or a short-legged spider crab. Considering the body length, I’d say a king crab, though.
