Navigating the Bad Trail

On the trail of life, we are always going to hit bad spots that we have never experienced before. There are always those who have been to those places gotten through those places successfully and will know how to navigate through the dangers. We need to find those people when possible, and listen to them.

Wise man. My life has been a bad trail until i let go of my ego, pride and started thinking positively. Stay Uncommon!

A man told me many years ago, "Slow down, and you'll go faster, i never forgot it .👍✌️

"We put the camera up on the rocky/rough parts" is a great metaphor also. The only thing people ever talk about in public is the highlights of their life. We are so easy to be jealous when we have no clue what goes on when they "put their cameras down". Great Video as always, DeWayne! We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us!

I hope you're seeing this comment, I'm 18 years old and to be honest these days there are too many influencers on the internet scamming and leading them to the wrong side. Also, I was parented by my single mother. I haven't had the chance to be with my father and him teaching me how this world works and how you will flow.

But I'm learning a lot from you and applying it, so thanks Dewayne I think that's the best I can say to you

Your videos have been super helpful to me as I navigate life as a young, single mom. I lost my dad when I was a teenager to cancer and went down a bad path. My mom is more of a “pull on the reins” kind of person which just made me charge toward the wrong path even faster. I don’t have a relationship with either of my grandfathers’ either, and though I take full accountability for my actions, I do believe having 0 male figures in my life when I needed one the most (though I think a girl should never be without her father), played a significant role in the paths I chose. I still struggled tremendously after becoming a mother, but am working hard to make sure my daughter doesn’t suffer the consequences of my actions and is raised well. I watch these videos to understand her father better, to understand my boyfriend better, and to gain some guidance from a verse wise man on navigating life. I have learned so much in the short time I’ve been watching you that I wish I had this to help me when I was 16. Either way, God is good and he shows us what we need, not what we want, when we need it, not when we want it, & how we need it, not how we want it. God bless!

I really needed to hear these wise words.
I have a life altering decision to make and I've been spiralling over it.
Thank you for the wise words Sir.

That description of the horses "turning you off" sounds a lot like a parent trying to help their teenager navigate growing up.

Thinking you know it all leaves you lonely and trying to learn by constantly failing. Looking to help from individuals who have been down the path you are go teaches you ways already traveled and opens up discussions between you and others. Thanks again Dwayne.

G'day, Dewayne.

This one's talkin' real clear to me right now. First time with cancer, ain't never had this before, completely new terrain for me.

No idea what to expect further down this trail. I wanna take part of life's trail easy and navigate through this and my dispatcher (I'm a trucker) wants to kinda push me along and try to get me working asap.

Just had my first chemotherapy treatment a little over a week ago, didn't know how my body was gunna react to that later that day or even a few days after. Boss wanted me on the road asap. I didn't go. Work's been real slow but somehow I'm trusting God for His wisdom and guidance in this part.

Thanks for all your videos, the kinda stuff we need to watch more often. I appreciate you for your time and sharing this. Cheers
