Their kit is interesting, for Ryoshu you want her to clash while for Outis you want her to do unopposed attacks so in the perfect scenario then Ryoshu will be the one to clash and Outis follow up to get that rupture count bonus
Then Outis also have ebony stem to allow her to get that +1 rupture count passive
And they also have easy access to gluttony for talisman
Time to wait for the final number because this look promising already

so Cinq Meursault can take advantage of this even when his 15/3 conditionals are up

Speed/haste related ID = strong/meta

Can you imagine when the update goes live they do another update saying fixed a translation error: all the skills of heishou outis & heishou ryoshu were missing the text: if target has 15 rupture potency and 3 rupture count this skill no longer applies rupture with it's coin effects

As much as we all cope/meme saying "OMG THIS ID WILL SAVE RUPTURE" everytime a new rupture id comes out i think this time it's actually warranted. we can assume they clash like modern IDs, if i had to say their S1s rolls 11/13/15 their S2s 16/18/20 and their S3s will most likely be 18/21/24, so we have (potentially) good clashing no 15/3 limit bs and count application on almost every coin of their skills
Additionally, not only can they easily activate talisman sinclair support passive, they can also make IDs with the 15/3 limiter help with count application thanks to deathrite, though the only one i can see constantly benefitting from this is cinq mersault

Edit: devyat rodion can also benefit greatly from deathrite

It took a long time but my waifu Ryoshu finally has a 3 star rupture id.

Rupture finally getting its sinking deluge equivalent? Their kits are exactly the same except Ryoshu has clash conditionals and Outis prefers uncontested attacks, hopefully this finally saves Rupture (huffing copium harder than Thoracalgia)
