I have a question, why were you able to wipe off the chrome powder AFTER it had been buffed into the top coat? I thought buffing into top coat would cause it to stay there?

Unless you can remove the powder with rubbing alcohol as long as you haven’t put top coat over the chrome?

I love these nails so much but I’m confused 😭
