Man, so glad that I found your video by chance. I use my Focusrite for years and totally forgot that I already HAVE a ableton live lite serial number and don't have to look for ... Just checked my Focusrite account and there it is - for years its there - my serial number. Thanks so much for reminding me. 100 % success.

Thank you Matt, this was the first step by step Abelton Live Lite 10 installation video that was not confusing as hell, and for Windows 10 to boot. I have up until now installed and uninstalled Ableton 3 times and it was not working correctly. I think the problem was I had not installed to the correct folders but your video was very clear where the installation should go . Although I'm using a Motu m2 I'll be watching the rest of your instructional vids on using Ableton Live Lite... My next big question is where do files go in the File Folder / Temporary Folder, and the correct location for the User Library. Thanks again, R.D.

Thanks! I just did this install for the 3rd time, it helps if you clear your history cache and cookies. Mine was giving me an error on PC Windows 10 because of that.

I have a AT2020 microphone with a focusrite solo interface, and i can connect the interface to my laptop with a usb cable, do i need to download the software of the interface, ? Like what is diferent than just using it with the usb and control the sound from the interface? What is the difference?

How do you connect a NON Midi keyboard to Focusrite? I have a Scarlett solo, and my keyboard has a jack for headphones, electrical adapter, and only one small outlet jack, which I have plugged into Scarlett, but it's not being recognized. My other USB keyboard however is recognized by Reaper.
