I love Gennaro! Cooking is my hobby. ITALIAN IS MY FAVORITE TO COOK! There is such a passion and love with Italian people and food. Your lovely recipe for chocolate brioche empowered my cycling adventure after lockdown. Never thought to attempt an enriched dough before and it turned out perfectly! The anticipation of an early start kept me awake all night but brioche kept me and a friend going plus the last piece I gave to an independent traveller with his home in a shopping trolley that we met on a lonely road.
