Could A Portswood Bookshop Become A Micropub?

A Southampton man has leased an old bookstore with the hopes of turning it into a small pub. Self-employed Jon Harris from Portswood has put plans forward to the council to change Peter Rhodes bookshop into the Bookshop Alehouse. Jon is hoping to follow in the footsteps of other micropubs with a focus on atmosphere and conversation. Kerry Higgins reports
