But first up, consider the following resources on red light therapy, beginning with my reviews of all the best budget red light therapy panels - in no particular order:

7) PlatinumLED BioMax 300 - soon available, in the next few weeks

Then, there are my other red light therapy resources:

So here's what you need to know about the best budget red light therapy panel:

✅ In total I will review and compare 9 different red light therapy tabletop panels. All these panels have different sizes. I've already done lots of reviews of the larger body panel reviews, which are much bigger
✅ Most of the tabletop red light therapy panels have around 60 LEDs but some of them are up to 133 LEDs
✅ I've also reviewed all of these panels individually, so if you want to take a deep dive, you can check the videos I've created on these listed above
✅ Now, when searching for the best tabletop red light therapy panel on a budget, I'm not just looking at price, I'm also looking at many other factors such as warranty, ease of use, and operations
✅ It's very hard to come up with a scoring system for the best tabletop budget panel though. Some people want a stand, while others do not. Some people want a large panel, others a smaller one. Some people want something light and portable and others do not. So it's not easy categorizing the best choices here
✅ For choosing the top 4 panels, I've used some criteria. First, I've removed panels over $500 USD. The four panels that remain after this test are the Dermabeam 300, Hooga Pro 300, MitoPRO 300 and the Rojo 300. All these panels come with stands as well
✅ To get to the top-2, however, I narrowed the price down to $400 USD. At this point we're left with 2 panels, the Mito Red MItoPRO 300 and the Hooga Pro 300. Both are panels of exceptional quality. The MitoPRO costs $332 USD without shipping and the Hooga Pro 300 costs $242 without shipping. So it all comes down whether you should spend that additional $90 USD for the MitoPRO 300. The MitoPRO has multiwave technology though but the Hooga has dual chip LEDs. A downside of the Hooga Pro is that it doesn't have a timer. The power output is almost the same for these panels, although the Hooga has 25 Watts of total power output compared to 23 Watts for the MitoPRO. And, the Mito Red has a 3 year warranty and the Hooga 2 years. Lastly, the control panel of the Mito Red is way better than that of the Hooga
✅ Overall, if you can do it with your budget, the MitoPRO 300 is the best option. If you cannot pay that extra $90 USD, then go with the MitoPRO 300. So the MitoPRO 300 is technically the best budget red light therapy panel

I've had the MitoPro 300 for about 6 months now and the very happy with it. I almost got the Hooga Pro HG 300 but I'm glad I paid the extra. You really can't gone wrong with the MitoPro its a solid table top red light !

FYI Mitored only gives free shipping to the “lower 48”. Not sure how much shipping is to Alaska but it’s $40 for Hawaii. Hooga gives free shipping to all states. That tipped me over into buying the Hooga even though I think the MitoRed is a little nicer (and I like the white color better). Going to get the Hooga750 which is $539 with code ALEX. It’s $137 more than the MitoRed300 (with Hawaii shipping) but double the LEDs

I like the way you did this Video . I didn't feel so Overwhelmed. I wish you would have done this with the bigger panels as I am looking for a cost effective larger panel. I have fibromyalgia and sleep difficulties and red light therapy definitely helps. Any Recommendations you can give So I'm not so overwhelmed, I would appreciate

❤ Thanks! This is the video I've been looking for. I suspect a table top panel is a good place to start with red light therapy. You can move it around, on the table or floor, use on different parts of body. Stay tuned .❤ from 🇨🇦

How does any of the Gembared Vectors factor in this comparison? I would also love to see a review on their 810 version? Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks 😊

Thank you for the video. The problem with Mito is that it's not available :)

I wish I would have found your channel sooner I purchased the BESTQOOL 60 and I do enjoy it but I see you don’t do reviews on it but the one on my model about their specks in their manual being completely off from their actual device. One thing mine doesn’t flicker which is really nice but when I purchase a full body panel I will definitely go by your recommendations only..❤❤❤

Thank you. Your videos are very informative. I will probably be getting the Mito Pro. Could I use it for on my glutes? I am quite petite.

I happened to be lucky and randomly came across a used Mito Pro 300 for $50 last year, when I was just starting to research different red light companies/panels. - I obviously scooped it up and have been using it regularly and it works wonderfully (thankfully).

Hi Alex, have you done a more recent video for purchasing one of these on a budget? This is already a year old and I see watching your videos that everything changes, updates and improves with these devices. Appreciate if you can point me to an updated video if I’ve missed it! Thanks!

I so appreciate your videos and I've been looking into several based on your content. Very interested in Hooga Pro 300, I'll be using it for face and neck skin benefits, but I also want to use it on my scalp for hair growth. Will a tabletop model work for this, or do I need a helmet model? How close to the scalp could I use it? Keep on making videos and thanks!

Hi...I have been watching your videos and first, thank you for so much info! WOW! I was wondering if you have ever tested a red light therapy mat? I have seen several and I like the idea of being able to lay down. I currently have a belt and use that in different areas of my body to help with pain. It's pretty good, but thinking how much nicer it would be to get it all done at once. So I have been looking at the panels and the mats and find it all confusing. Would the panel be a better idea, or is the mat just as good but a longer session time? TIA for your response!

Happy new year I’m curious on your opinion on the hooga ultra table top. I haven’t seen you do a review of that one yet seems to be good value.
