Questions:

1. If I "leave as is", does that mean that ads won't be shown to EU users? Or does it just mean that no personalization data on these EU users will be sent to GA4 (thereby preventing it from being sent to Google Ads).

2. If I "disable ad personalization for the linked GAds account" what happens then? Same question above.

Now with mandatory consent imode n EU, there will be less statistics collected inevitably, less conversions, therefore - conversion prices and values will go up. Is this correct assumption?
