The whole concept of a Failure To Deliver is a disgrace and something the financial markets should be ashamed of. How can you borrow something and sell it, then when it comes to actually buying what you sold you don't bother? You just created a counterfeit share that you got paid for, that should not exist, drives the price of the underlying stock down by dilution and completely undermines the company you shorted and it's shareholders illegally. The fact that this is not just allowed, but allowed over and over and over by paying a small fine and not even admitting the crime is the most incredible of all.

You mentioned the missed GME/XRT whale purchase July 3/5. But that is when KOSS popped off, T+35+21 aligns with all of the August settlements for XRT, CHWY and GME. Aug 7-30
August might be insane.

I think I have a smart idea. If I am right... I do not have a platform, voice, or microphone to get the community to actively correspond with the SEC to spark change. However; WE, the retail investors recently saw our capabilities when we voice together in changing settlement to T+1. We asked for something reasonable (instead of pushing for instant settlement) and after some time, with consistency we got it proposed and made the new normal.... so, here's my idea [ WE, the retail investors should push for T +5 settlement ] we will lose if we push for zero FTD's in the name of "liquidity". However, I believe we can be successful if we show how capital formation is being decimated by allowing trades to be settled 10 times per year roughly; in a best case scenario.

We should look into who is backing Koss. The market maker, if anyone gave them a loan, there’s gotta be a Wall Street firm that popped up to make Koss a thing all of a sudden. Let’s check the filings. Somebody has access to Koss shares and pledged them somehow. Koss is small enough that we should be able to figure it out, Imma check the board.

I'd speculate that the times when KOSS doesn't correlate with GME, then it'll be correlating with another company they were in the process of cellar boxing
