Ciborek Materials;
For the dough;
3 cups flour
Salt
1 glass of water
1 tablespoon of vinegar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
For internal mortar;
250 g low-fat ground beef
1 onion - grater
Salt
Black pepper
4 - 5 tablespoons of water
To fry;
Sunflower oil
4 - 5 tablespoons of water
Refika Birgül was born on May 19, 1980 in Istanbul. Birgül, whose mother is from Cyprus and his father is from Nevşehir, was born into a family of doctors. Continuing her primary education at Hamdullah Suphi Tanrıöver Primary School in Yeşilköy, Birgül completed her high school education at Robert College. Refika Birgül, who became interested in black and white photography during her high school years, prepared a dance project by combining mathematics and physics. Birgül completed her undergraduate education at Koç University Psychology Department. Later, Birgül went to London and studied leadership at London Business School.
