This song is amazing on so many levels. I have a hard time listening to it without crying. This woman sacrificing herself for the good of her former lover is just devastating. Its a perfect song. Just beautiful on every point. I can feel her heart being ripped out of her as she sacrifices herself for this man whose life she does not want to destroy.

I am only here from Julia Jacklin Covering this song and I am so very grateful for both the cover and the original. Both are amazing and carry with them a very emotional tide. If you haven’t heard her cover I really do recommend, the feeling is there but it feels more personal. Take care be safe 💛💕💛
