I immediately subscribed after getting halfway through this video. You made me realize that a cozy life is a deliberate choice especially when life keeps getting in the way. I have hobbies that people would define as cozy, but I didn't always feel truly cozy when I was doing them. I rushed myself or I didn't properly regulate my nervous system or I didn't do them just to make myself feel better but to reach some goal or milestone. Now, I'm inspired to carve out cozy time where I am truly relaxed and at ease. Thanks for a great video!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds planning "cosy" 😂 i don't decorate my planner or anything i just really like thinking about upcoming time. I also like budgeting and updating our budget, tracking spending etc so not going to deny my idea of fun is a bit weird!
You made so many good points but definitely "don't let interruptions derail your day" is so important. I have two kids and man they are just derailing machines. I take whatever time i have to do the things i want with both hands, or I'm not getting it for sure
