Have you ever been to a facility where they measure the speed at which you walk down the aisles? It's fascinating! The reason behind this is that time is money, and every minute counts. So, they want visitors to walk relatively briskly, not leisurely. This approach helps them to save time and resources. I recently met a former Vice President, Alexis, who demonstrated how to walk at the ideal pace, which was impressive.

Although I didn't walk fast enough, the experience made me very conscious and aware of what I was doing. It's incredible how a simple thing like walking can impact resource management. This facility is an excellent example of how being mindful of time and resources can make a huge difference.
