so if GCP knows what services I'm using, why can't it use some, I don't know, AI to cook up a decent monitor for my project? The OOTB monitors are OK but less than desirable

What is the point of this video? It's great that there's a monitoring service, but how do I use it? The video doesn't even once show what the metrics explorer looks like, not to mention how to use it.
