Turns out, you do not have to wait for Labor Day to cash in on amazing clothing deals. Goodwill runs a boutique discount store in Orange County, California, called "RARE by Goodwill." The prices in the store typically range from $2.99 to $19.99. It's a surprising place to find top designer fashions at low prices. A Kate Spade bag is priced at $24.99 and a Coach wallet at $10. The trendy shop is so popular that there are now five locations.

There's also stores called Marshall's and Ross who have this same motive.. not only goodwill.

I Shopped at goodwill for a while now and its amazing. I found high heels for about 10 - 15$. I would most likely shop there even more now.

Yeah went to Nordstrom Rack this Saturday and Sunday bought VINCE, Peter Millar, Roberto Cavalli, Diesel and Theory and much more all men's wear all on RED TAG sale with a extra 40% the lowest price total for both days $265.56 about 21 pieces of clothing. NOT BAD.

I think it's still too expensive compared to the Philippines. Most clothing here costs below $5

Costco clothes only come in 2 sizes so tough luck for some people.
