30 states under winter weather alerts

States from Texas to Florida, and all the way up to Maine, are getting ready for a major storm to strike.

In Canada This is normal winter. In Canada we have mandatory winter tires for our vehicles plus we
have installed block heaters for our vehicles when they are parked over-night. And we have winter
parkas thick coats to wear and winterized boots also to wear. In Canada, during winter, we go
skiing, snow shoeing, snowmobiling, & ice skating. out-doors.

Heck in Ottawa Ontario during the great Ice Storm of 1998 I survived a few weeks without hydro back then.
The Americans should turn & look up North on how Canada Survives hard harsh winters.
So, this is just my input.

Tbh, the more southern area should be getting this weather cuz we are used to it, everyone here in Wyoming is baffled by the 60 deg. at a high 40 deg. at a low outdoor temperature we had a couple days ago. Its only snowed once.
