I’ve never cooked from a cookbook that focuses on a single technique rather than a single cuisine but I’m now very interested in trying one! Getting to try a variety of cuisines from a single cookbook is super intriguing!

Love the format! Would also really appreciate if you added captions. Since the mic picks up all of your 'cooking noises', the auto captions aren't accurate and it's often challenging to understand what you're saying to each other.
