My problem is if a market crash comes, mining stocks will crash too. When and how to exit is a mystery. It's really tricky right now.

Despite all his babbling, I believe that this guy's only reason for bullish outlook is 'Don't fight FED'. Deep down in his conscience, he believes FED will save him.
My advice is the market is a voting machine for short term but a weighing machine for long term. Economic gravity will win over FED in the end.

And wtf about zéro rates? The bulls are blind. Its not based on fondamentals but on the only faith of the Fed. If so, this is not strategy. Ive mafe 350% on the miners, but if you say that nothing matters anymore, i quit investing in the stocks and i'm going elsewere, in the real estate or in tangible assets till the next crash, in 2030 in David Hunter view. Anyway, good interview: you have to bring contrarian views.
