Officials in Rockland County are alleging possible human trafficking after they received information about a particular single-family home with more than 30 undocumented people from South America, including several children, living in unsafe conditions. NBC New York's Sarah Wallace reports.

The Indian landlord doesn’t care who or how many people live in a place or under what conditions, all they care about is how much money they can squeeze out of the property without caring the efforts the neighbors have done to have a nice home. Evict them and hit the landlord with stiff fines and people please report them. Call housing department in your area!

Its never going to end as our elderly can no longer afford to live in New York and our youth can not afford the high rents.Most everyone in the area will move out of state including the wealthy.
Wall Street is Just a Name meaning it does not have to be located in New York so if it relocates then so does the money.

I told people that some landlords are going to start doing this. A rental house like that has about 6 rooms and you can rent them out for $900(Paid by NYC tax payers) per room a month. That's $5400 per month and you don't have to fix anything, because illegals won't tell. That's a slumlord's wet dream. Some of them here in Chicago are finding way to boot paying tenants to move in illegals. e.g A legal family is paying $1200 a month for a 3 bedroom apt, but if you sell each of those bedrooms for $700 a month to illegals, you're getting $2100 a month. The bonus is that you don't have to worry about fixing anything.
