🌱 what is ASMR?🌱
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is described as a tingly sensation or feeling that travels from the base of the scalp down the limbs and can manifest in different parts of the body. It causes a lovely, relaxing feeling to the people who experience it, as well as sometimes pleasant 'shivers', and can help with things like insomnia or trouble sleeping. It can occur in situations like hearing a particular sound or 'trigger', and many people experience varying degrees of the phenomenon. Not everyone who listens or watches ASMR videos experiences the sensation however! Some people utilize the sounds of a soothing voice or certain trigger(s) to help fall asleep or relax, without feeling the 'tingles'. It is a blossoming community online, whose main purpose is to bring tranquility and tingles to whoever enjoys it! ✧

You know I did actually get drawn by someone back in middle school. I think I made a comment that i wouldn't mind if someone wanted to draw me. I completely forgot about the comment until one day I was collecting my things about ready to leave the class and the one shy girl who I never talked to at that point slipped a paper onto my desk. It was a drawing of me and I even thanked them for it. I still have it too!

I absolutely love the tapping sounds of the pen on the screen! I like that there's long pauses with just the sound of you (not) drawing us and then a little bit of whispering. So relaxing!
