The difference between eMMC and UFS Protocol are as follows:

1. UFS has Low voltage differential Signaling (LVDS) signaling interface.
2. UFS is a full-duplex interface and allows simultaneous read and write.
3. eMMC is half-duplex hence either read or write into the memory is possible.
