To kick off the series, Tamara teamed up with the ever talented @BrokenNerd and the awesome team at @MatterHackers to dive into the science of resin 3D printing.

And what would a phenomenal prop maker, a 3D printing powerhouse, and a superhero scientist make together? Marvel's Wanda Maximoff AKA the Scarlet Witch's Crown from the finale of Disney+'s WandaVision!

And how would we celebrate such an amazing new show? We gave away a resin 3D printer!!!

So cool to see the collaboration that was able to bring this crown to life! I think with a resin printer I would make Sailor Pluto's staff and accessories to cosplay as her. Her story has always been a bit sad to me because as the daughter of chronos, she exists outside of time, guarding the portal of space-time. She's very serious about her job, but sacrifices herself to stop a villain from destroying the universe in a time paradox. Plus, she's the only dark-skin sailor scout in the series!

If i won the 3d printer... I'd print myself a friend to go on adventures with!!!! Or a T-rex blaster... yeee the dino gun for sure!

With FDM printers, I have a bit of trouble making accurately meshing gears. With a resin printer, I can make gears a whole lot more reliably and accurately, and that can open up so many doors for future engineering projects!

The question is what wouldn't i make? First thing probably would be a portable power supply so I can put use all the 18650 batteries i have laying around. To charge whatever electronic device i need to at the time.

THIS IS BEYOND COOL!!! If I were to win I would launch my dream small business, I make creations with liquid epoxy resin so the 3d printer would be perfect for different pieces or for my cosplay pieces!! I religiously cosplay and winning would would make my year!!!

If I had a 3d printer, I would probably attempt to make detailed attachments to a costume or or print out figurines and/or props of characters to fill up my shelf.

Me personally I would either make the nanotech version on iron mans helmet and also make the 2012 arc reactor

I would make tons of marvel replicas, starting with beta ray bill's hammer and nova helmet, to have something from every major hero i like!

I would make all kinds of little figurines for board games and expand it into larger cosplay items and will try and figure out how to use it for dentistry!

Hey Tamara! I think I'd try to make a Wonder Woman tiara and bracelets for my daughter, or an Autobot/Decepticon emblem for my son. Or an Eye of Agamotto for myself!
