Well said, it's all about "mindshare". All mainstream media otutlets must appeal to their audience on our level; popularity and familiarity always sells. Anyway, Ipad2 has the most apps overall.

@ellis51773h wow thats still less than half the apps Apples App store has, still a very long way to go!! and there is only 100 or 200 last time i check that are Tablet only apps. Android is great for phones still useless as a Tablet OS.

Just like the iPod, their is the iPad, and everything else. When you see someone with a tablet, most people say, " can I see your iPad", regardless of what it is. No one will ever say, "that's such a cool Asus eee pad!" lol no. Cnet doesn't favor apple, it just recognizes, as I said before, their is apple, and then everything else.
