Dough Ingredients
2 egg whites
1 cup warm milk
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup warm water
1 packet instant yeast
4 tablespoons sugar
5.5-6 cups flour
1 tablespoon salt

For the Topping
Egg yolk
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Sesame seeds

Preparation
1. Mix the warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.
2. After resting, add the egg whites, vegetable oil, warm water, and salt. Mix well.
3. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough until it reaches a smooth consistency. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
4. Divide the risen dough into pieces and shape them. Twist the dough pieces into a braided form.
5. Once all the dough pieces are shaped, let them rest on a tray for 20 minutes to rise again.
6. After the second rise, brush the tops with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) until golden brown.
