The only thing dumber than saying Hield will be the next Curry, is saying with certainty that he won't amount to anything. Plenty of cases where a 4 year college grad or undrafted player blooms later due to work ethic and becomes a star. Kid has a crazy work ethic and positive attitude. May not be Curry, but only time will tell.

Oh and PS - guy named CJ McCollum stayed for 4. Turns out he's kinda good.

Tim Duncan, Damian Lillard, and Draymond Green both played 4 years in college. Yes, I undestand that is only 3 players but Colin needs to stop using stereotypes to make his point. Buddy Hield was a round 2 pick his Sophomore year but stayed because he wanted to stay all 4 years and build a legacy at Oklahoma. He was great but wanted to build a legacy.

Buddy Hield only played well for four games?! He dominated the Big 12, put up 46 against Kansas, averaged 25 a game. Come on you can say he's not going to be Steph Curry but he still dominated college basketball, not just the tournament. Curry also played against the Southern Conference while Buddy played against the Big 12l. Colin does not watch college basketball

Well proof that Sacramento has the worst ownership in the entire nba. Recently they draft
Robinson, Fridette, Cauley Stien, and Ben Mclemore...just a bunch of tournament guys. Now they fell in love with Buddy Hield.. Not trying to knock Hield he's got more potential than those guys. He's the hardest working rookie, and he stayed for 4 years to polish his game . He might not have God given talent but if he doesn't become a star his hard work ethic will still make him a solid player. This is coming from a Pelicans fan. Best of luck Buddy
