Weather modification is good $$$ business - there are Federal $$$ to be gotten from these disasters... Much to my surprise Tennessee doesn't agree with Iowa... Tennessee Governor Lee has signed legislation into law that aims to prohibit the intentional release of chemicals into the air in an attempt to modify the weather, temperature, or sunlight intensity.
