2024 was a whirlwind of firsts for me, but I’m planning for 2025 to be a year of refining what I’m already doing well, rather than trying to start a lot of new ventures (remind me of this in a few months please).

This year I hired 3 new people, which has freed up my time so much when it comes to things that aren’t my “zone of genius” like video editing, analytics, financials, and spreadsheets.

📅 My goal for 2025? Stop trying to do everything, lean into my strengths, and let my team handle the rest. Plus, it’s going to be a BIG year for The Studio!
