"28 years, season 14, episode 69" huh? Well if you assume a "season" is an actual season, that'd make him 31. And some change. Or months, he's actually 29. But my favorite interpretation?

He counts "seasons" as the amount of times he's had to "reset" his age so no one would question his unnatural lifespan. Realistically, he can't convince someone he's over 40, even with the grey hair. He also wouldn't say he's under 18, we'll use 20 cause that'd be easier on my mental math. Means every completed season is 20 years. Plus another 20 for the first actual 20. That's 280 and 9 years into season 14. 289 years and 69 days because funneee.
