I've just stumbled upon this video and I can't thank you enough for sharing your post on types of flutes! I played the flute for 6 years when I was younger and was thinking about getting back into it as I realized that my emotional energy and perspective have never been quite the same. Oddly enough, I only played the C flute back then but now I want to play a flute with a different sound - one with a lower and richer sound. Perhaps a native flute. Being able to go to your site and have samples of variety of flutes already there was so rewarding that I think I now know which direction I'd like to go. Thank you for this! Be well!
