Well said Tom, The only person that would sell your estate is if someone takes out a loan. Billionaires do trust banks and take out loans from them, and banks can and eventually will call in their loan anytime and that’s how they trick the working man who’s done well. So never ever take a loan if you have money. Banks don’t steal from poor people. Anybody reading, listen to Tom. 👍 He is rare and his gut feeling comes from the beginning, an age long gone. You can’t own land indefinitely. once he’s gone there will be lease countdown. could be 100 years, but it is not indefinite. it’ll be sold within 10-20 years of him dying. no one owns land in reality, it’s just yours until the government wants it.
