I think they were selling stickers or cases one by one on steam market and selected his dragon lore by mistake without realizing and because it was listed at such low value, it didn't ask to confirm on mobile authenticator. Nightmare thought.

I think it's a scammed item. You can't trade a item if it been traded recently because it will be tradelocked. HOWEVER you can sold it on the market, i wonder if the scammer wanted to act quick before the guy get his account back so he tried to sold it on the market planning to buy it with an other account but got fucked by autobuys order

these hackers are not cs players, they are state actors usualy russian they try to get money, no remorse. there are also a lot of north korean hackers that do the same thing just to get money for the feds to give forign workers/ get recources
