While killmonger has gained popularity, I prefer Cosmo over caiera. You definitely need Cosmo this meta plus you can bait him with squirrel girl or Shanna

Hitmonkey + Sage + bunch of free 1 cost cards consistently put 40+ power on turn 6. It is also unbelievable that Iron man Mystique decks don't include Ravona

Scream move is probably my favourite deck of the season. Currently, hovering around 10k at infinite, and having a blast.

Personally, I prefer Alioth over Magneto. The deck has no problem getting priority on the last turn, and Alioth does so much for the deck to stop counter-play on the final turn.

The deck just needs one more universal move payoff to feel great.

I use Werewolf by night in my scream deck, all those move cards are on reveal, also Cloak to taunt my opponent into moving a card.

Funny cause when Ajax first came out I was a pretty big proponent of running Luke Cage, when you're siphoning their cards you don't really need a stupid large Ajax by having your side also losing power. Cage helps you go wide cause now you're not shitting on your own cards with Man-Thing/US Agent, you don't need to go stupid tall when you can just poop on their board with negative power.

What I’m noting the last 2 months of the meta is that SD is mitigating the acquisition issue by making sure a wide variety of decks are viable. You can focus on what you want to do rather than what you have to do (thinking back to Blob / Thanos last winter). There is no longer one king archetype. Can you get every card and do everything? No for sure not…BUT you can focus on 2-3 fun archetypes and have success. Was not a fan of some recent patches but that combined with card releases has taken snap to the next level - thanks for the content Alex!

10:58 you are really underestimating how much moving of enemy cards hurts many strategies. You can basically win 1 location with big lead and move cards from loactions you don't have that many cards on. And if opponent likes to spam board you can lock locations really early too.

been using that #4 decks to climb ladder from top 3k to top 1k and i didn't surprised that it make the list

I checked the official season update video to confirm that they did take collectors tokens out of high voltage, but when they were showcasing Scream, they mentioned she works well with Juggernaut. That makes the interaction change even more questionable like you said in your OTA vid. Kinda feels like theyre intentionally leaving cards too good for the first week which is just playing with resources, even if it is just Juggernaut that got changed in that deck.

When I play Kingpin and Kraven together they usually go into separate lanes so that you get a benefit no matter what. I do agree with Cannonball though, because if you dont have another lane secured then youre praying for good RNG. Also not sure on Aero being 10 power. Its saved me a couple of games but I hate her being shangable

Cannonball is such a good card. One of my favorites. And it doesn't need clog for it be be effective.
