There are so many misconceptions about Russia but when you see it at its best, in the summer, it really is a great place to be. Moscow has some of the most incredible architecture and parks. As you can see from the River boat video blog. I loved seeing the city from the water. Just choose your boat carefully ;-)

The scenic view of the Russian architectures and monuments are absolutely amazing. The river looks phenomenal. Its like going back in time to the history, minus all of the modern additions as the Moscow River changed and reinvented itself. I can imagine what composer Mussorgsky might be thinking about the continual transformation of this river. I wondered what he would be thinking if he lived within our times. It might be interesting.
