I've had the Planet Bike Super Flash Turbo bicycle tail light for many years and never experienced any problems, it just works. I usually ride during the day and when I set out to buy a rear bike light, I wanted something that would stand out during the daytime. During one of my club rides a friend had one on her bike. I was so impressed with how bright it was in the daytime, I bought one.

I made this video to show you what you get in the box, how it attaches to your bike, and the different modes the light has. I also sum up the good and bad about this light over the past several years.I have to say it must be one of the best rear bike lights for the money.

If you like the video why don't you show your appreciation by clicking on the thumbs up. If you want to see more of these cycling product videos hit the Subscribe button and you'll be notified when new videos are posted.

I did not receive the lights as a promotion or sample, nor is this a paid advertisement. I purchased the lights as an everyday cyclists to try out and wanted to share my experience with the product.

I've done several road tests with the light against other brands. You can view the video's at the links below.

This is an incredible light. I've had it for years However, I found it would eat through batteries - so don't really use it now. Great to have in the spares cupboard.

I have the USB version and it is much lighter than the units that take AAA batteries. The USB version is listed to last roughly 500 charges so I plan to discard it and replace it after 2-3 years. I found the USB version to work just as well as the battery operated ones. These lights are not waterproof so if you plan to ride in the rain make sure to cover them with a small plastic zip bag and secure with a small rubber band. That always did the trick for me.
