Hey! Nintendo here. We are excited to finally tell you about the next installment in the beloved Paper Mario series! We know this series has been built on passionate fans, and we're proud to say that we've listened to what you have to say! We know what you love about Paper Mario! And with that, we present to you: Paper Mario: Color Splash! Let's talk about some of it's features.

Unique characters
Paper Mario has always been known for it's diverse selection of characters, like Admiral Bobbery and Count Bleck. In Paper Mario: Color Splash, you can meet some of the new characters like Shy Guy, goomba, green koopa and hundreds of generic toads!

Partner system
Partners are a unique aspect of the Paper Mario series that set it apart from all the other Mario games! So we thought, what's better than 7 or 8 uniquely designed partners? A bucket!

Battles
We know many of you didn't like having to use stickers in battles for Paper Mario: Sticker Star. Well, you will be happy to know stickers are gone! Introducing... cards! They are exactly like stickers, but you have to color them in before you can use them!

Deep story
Stopping a villain from using a magic rod to get infinite wishes. Searching for a lost thousand year old treasure before it falls into the wrong hands. Saving the worlds from a growing black hole created by a conflicted villain with a shady past. Paper Mario is known for always having complex and exciting plots. Paper Mario: Color Splash is no exception. In this game, you get to help out a town that isn't very colorful.

We know you will love this next installment of the "action adventure" genre when it comes out October 7th!

Oh did we mention the Koopalings are in it? Can't get enough of them, right?

Dear Nintendo,
Just because the Mario and Luigi series is an alright RPG franchise in it's own rite, doesn't mean you have to strip Paper Mario of all of the RPG elements that made it great.
